Whether it's guns or missiles, they're all part of the right to bear arms. Maybe I should beg for money to buy myself some nukes. What could be more American than that?

If you can carry (i.e. “bear” ) such a missile, you have a right to do so.

On the other hand, if you take the 2nd Amendment as literally as many Republicans, it gives you the right to keep and bear arms. Nowhere in that, or any other amendment, is it specifically stated that you have the right to load and fire them.
