Just musing to myself. I think one of the first *money saving* moves by Musk will be ending food inspection.

That's gotta cost a lot, and if a few folks get a little tummy ache and die, so what, less people trying to get other government handouts like Social Security and Medicare.
It's a win/win.

And forget about passenger plane safety, those cockpits are full of all kinds of electronics, the pilots can figure things out for themselves landing and taking off.

Salmonella and e. Coli run wild and do your thing! And if you fell a certain orange enemy, I will call my Congress critter and recommend you for a Congressional Medal of Honor.

Republicans here have cut the health department to almost nothing and legalized roadside food sales from uninspected and unregulated kitchens. All of the growers are still following legacy health guidelines voluntarily. I do increasingly see "Grandma's Homemade Pies" signs and the like along the highways, in front of private residences. It may take a while before catastrophic public heath issues emerge, but they surely will. It is really tragic. We are watching 100+ years of progress in public health and safety protocols being dismantled.

Over ANY business he is involved with will be target #1.

Like any good robber barron, he wants absolutely NO guvment standing in his way of making a buck.

Same goes for all the millionaire grifers. Fat slob from infowars will be rolling in "supplement" cash very soon....
