6. My instincts tell me...

that a drone manufacturer in NJ is running test due to a DOD contract. There are drone manufacturers in NJ with military contracts. If the military is saying that the drones are not a threat that tells me they know everything about them but don't want to divulge any info. No way in hell they wouldn't be all hands on deck if unknown drones were flying near bases, or large population centers for that matter.
It's what makes sense to me.

Taking video of Orion, and thinking it's drones hovering over his house, it's clear we have a dumbfuck issue in the USA.
