Daylight saving time reform

We can't save daylight when it's dark anyway so let's only do DST from dawn to dusk

As a libertarian, I feel individuals should decide for themselves whether or not to observe DST

Owners manual does not tell how to chamge the clock. It says look it up on line. Not very feasible when driving.
