If he had, you could go to the police and turn him in,. That's the way criminal laws work. Juries decide based on something other than childish hatred.
If you think health insurers kill people, there are a hell of a lot of them still alive. IF enough get killed, what will you have then? Medicare is health insurance. Medicaid is health insurance.I have nothing but hatred for someone whose ego made him judge, jury, and executioner. Mangione is the worst kind of cold blooded murderer.
Notice that not one law enforcement official has ever arrested an insurance executive for murder and they never will as long as insurance exists.

The insurance industry decision-makers have murdered people by denying them needed medical care, and many people realize just what you pointed out, that the inability of criminal law and law enforcement to protect people from that is forcing them to protect themselves.

Every insurance company has coverage rules, including medicare. That is fact that you apparently don't care to know. What you are saying is that insurance companies must pay for whatever the doctor or poatient want. Most denials (by far) have no relation to life or death of the patient. Few are appealed and only a small percentage of appeals are granted.
So something not important enough for a patient to appeal is an excuse for murder in your eyes. Would you cheer on the murderer of complicit employees, too?

so don't pretend it is fact. Second, almost no denials involve emergencies. Third, no one is forced to insure with UHC. How many lawsuits do you think have been brought against UHC for failure to pay for medical care? Any for wrongful death?
It must be a vast conspiracy to get away with killing all those peopl3e you imagine have died because of one man.

"Gauging an exact number of claim denials is tricky, as there’s no central repository of this data, insurance insights firm ValuePenguin told Forbes. But according to one of the firm’s reports on insurance claim denial rates, UHC has the highest instance of denials out of all major providers, refusing an estimated one-third of claims submitted. The insurer did not respond to a comment request." -https://www.forbes.com/sites/amyfeldman/2024/12/05/unitedhealthcare-denies-more-claims-than-other-insurers---angering-patients-and-health-systems/

And you must know as well as anyone that people sign away litigation rights when purchasing the policy.

been removed,

Dec. 6, 2024 — Due to recent events, ValuePenguin removed certain data elements from this piece at the request of law enforcement.

If you would like more information about the analysis presented in this piece, please contact press@lendingtree.com.

On Dec. 5, 2024, one insurer contacted ValuePenguin claiming that the denial rate listed in this article is not consistent with their internal records.

We will update this article with more information as it is made available to us. Refer to our methodology below for additional sourcing information.

So VP admits that they have no proof of the data. They're waiting for the company's internal records.

UHC did get 4 out of 5 Stars from the editors.

Editor's Rating

UnitedHealthcare (UHC) health insurance isn't usually the cheapest available, but plans include extra benefits and perks. Members generally like their plans. However, many people complain that they had to fight UHC for it to cover the medical care their doctor recommended
I wonder how many stars they'd get if it weren't for all the deaths they supposedly cause.

Interestingly, some are the same ones who slithered out of the gungeon to shut down any talk of sensible gun laws after every single school shooting.

And now they're outraged.

Ironic, that.
