Trump had to post a $92M bond while he appealed, but I haven't read anything more about it. He'll probably claim immunity from civil awards as president, then sue Carroll for defamation.

fraud and other nasty things ran rampant in the jury room. Clearly the verdict should be thrown out, and the 47th president won't be a convicted felon when he takes the oath of office.

to create an executive order that absolves him of all convictions.

But, how can we believe the inaugural vow of a felon? He can't be a legitimate president anyway, regardless of the vote count, because the constitution prohibits insurrectionists who violate their oaths of office from holding office again.

So twice in my lifetime, there will have been illegitimate "pResidents" in the WH. The first one was Bush the Lesser, appointed by a corrupt SCOTUS.

He is Mr.Trump, the former president.

It was the first time a US president – former or sitting – had been convicted of or charged with a criminal offense.
