I am so lost

This was my refuge from all the insanity in the world. Now the world looks so bleak. I have quit listening to talk and news radio. I rarely watch local news here in the Columbus area and I barely read the news parts of the papers I subscribe to.
I hope that sanity returns to my utopian state of mind before the giant meteor takes us all to our maker, whom ever your deity may be.

1. Breathe

I have been heartened by the positive community building all around me. I have been able to do a little volunteering and have suddenly seen all these good people who have been around me all along.

It’s true, things are bleak, but we can wrest the future from the hands of those who want to steal it and wreck it. And we have to try. As long as there is any hope, they have not won. And that’s from a friend who is working with women in Afghanistan. Now there’s courage to admire.

2. I was praying for a giant meteor for a while

Kind of just numb now. I suspect I'll have to find a new anti-depressant soon.

3. Your off to good start with no news

Now get a dog and walk in a forest everyday for as long as possible.
Not really practical without alot of sacrifice or collateral damage.

Keeping my sanity since 2016 has been a struggle.

We are all in the same boat mostly. Not knowing what to expect expecting the worst. If you cancel those subscriptions, you can use that money for something else. 😀
