What do you think is the worst thing the voters didn't care about?

The rapes? The business fraud? The treason? The felony conviction?
For me, because it was played out on live TV and so alarming was the insurrection and attempted coop.
I have nothing but contempt and disgust for people who can ignore that.

It should have been totally disqualifying, but the courts left it up to the voters to decide what to do with him.

Well, they decided.

... played with the personal protective equipment. Most of the stuff in government warehouses was severely out of date and aged beyond use. The hospital workers were using garbage bags, then soaked in bleach to use them after their shifts for next day's use. Finally PPE was ordered, but Team trDUMP hijacked the PPE shipments. They were hoarding PPE for the red states and denying the blue states access to any PPE and hospital respirators machines.

All along djt was giving Covid test kits to Putie in Russia. But Americans could not get ahold of these same test kits.

The same with the vaccines and life saving medications in very short supply. Team trDUMP got them, the rich got them, and red states got them. But blue states and Libs had to fend for themselves.

This is trDUMP's modus operandi,.. everything he touches turns to a steaming clump of shit.

The evidence was all there, his past history wasthere, if you were a father would you leave him alone with your teen daughter? And would you still invest in him when all his businesses went bankrupt?

It’s like it was all erased and forgotten !

But I remember from the 80’s he was scum.

I knew what he was then, when he was first running for president and now sick he won because if you were paying attention you’d know.

He lost jobs, got snowed by North Korea, had a pointless tariff war with Mexico and Canada only to sign the same NAFTA treaty he claimed to hate (he ran this time against his own treaty), tore up a Iranian weapons deal and drove Iran back to Russia, lowered car emission standards that even the car makers no longer needed because their cars are simply more efficient these days, let the Taliban reestablish control of Afghanistan and set the stage for the "disastrous" pullout, totally blew Covid which was discovered months and months before it spread into the US, but Trump kept foreign travel open anyway (talk about fucking open borders), then waffled on his own Covid protocols never able to make them universal, lobbied for and against the vaccine, race riots, food lines, no toilet paper, free loans to Tom Brady while mom and pop stores went out of business, printed money out of control . . . Holy crap I could go on and on. He sucked. He was a pile of shit. No one abroad respects him. He is a total joke. Ask any fucking foreigner and they laugh about him as a moron.

Yet somehow the intelligent well spoken experienced black woman lost to him because holy shit America is a racist misogynistic hell hole of our own making.

The country elected a traitor, a rapist, a fraudster, a criminal, a liar, a bigot, an idiot and a moron.

Fuck him.

But also fuck the American voters who saw Trump as a leader. They are the real problem. Trump will be gone some day but the assholes who voted for him will remain.

That's the intractable problem.

25. Donnie's fucking bromance with Epstein
Sun Jan 5, 2025, 12:35 AM
Jan 2025

Along with Epstein's own taped comments about Donnie in a interview released right before the election:

https://www.thedailybeast.com/listen-to-the-jeffrey-epstein-tapes-i-was-donald-trumps-closest-friend/

Never in my life have I seen a bunch of political conspiracy fanatics drop their obsessive pet issue faster than the Trumpers and the Qanon crowd dropped their interest in Epstein once it turned out Clinton and Biden weren't connected to him but Donnie might as well have been his Siamese twin... The self-appointed vigilantes and guardians against pedophiles on the far right have been awfully damned quiet lately, even after celebrating that silly "Underground Railroad" movie a couple years ago.

Of course the Trumpers, Melon Husk and the other conspiracy nutbars have forgotten Epstein ever existed and have conveniently moved on to drooling over the Diddy case revelations... Evidently THAT case is now the one which will sink the entire Democratic Party when the files become public 🙄

Even though it’s reprehensible, the lack of concern about rape wasn’t surprising. Everyone saw the Access Hollywood tapes last time and they didn’t care then, so why would they now?

My dumb self really thought the events of Jan. 6 would turn off the so-called die hard “patriots.” I should have realized that if his ugly, unforgivable disrespect for our veterans didn’t turn those fools off, J6 wouldn’t either.

Edit: Oops, I was thinking “most surprising,” instead of “worst.”
The worst is hard to choose. The rape, the racism and bigotry, the incitement of hate, the constant lies…it’s all horrifying. And it’s horrifying seeing the support for it.

survival of our species (kids, grandkids of yourself) or any other species to vote for Trump, because everyone knows he is a climate change denier who will roll back as many climate protections as possible, encourage drilling where no president before would allow it, and permit mining in sacred spaces.

But there are so many ways one can point to highlight the imbecility--the actual nihilism--required to vote for this f*cker.

This is so predictable. Suddenly JimBob's VA hospital can't afford the test he needs and Suzy lost her affordable health coverage because restrictions were rescinded, and they'll be all over the Internet whining about it. After all, now they can't afford their Trump Bible, watch, clothing, perfume, NFTs and other assorted grifting goodies. Somehow it will all be Biden's fault.
