Call me petty, but watching the Carter memorial service, it saddens me...

that we will have to do this for trump some day.

To be watching the funeral of a great man who happened to be a president.

How long will it take to get another president who puts country over self? We have an incoming president who is the farthest thing from Jimmy Carter.

while the putrid memory is still fresh in everybody's minds...

When his carcass is lying in the Capitol rotunda, i would be sorely tempted to wait in the line for the viewing/spitting/pissing on it.

but there will also be many unofficial ones involving people dancing in the streets and drinking champagne right out of the bottle. I'll be at one of those.

After January 20th there will no longer be these funerals for anyone anymore. If President Biden passes away in February do you think Trump and any of the magats will allow the country to honor him? When the orange magat finally dies the funeral the magats will have for him will be nothing like this.
