The last time they did it was when they needed The president out of the race. It was simple. The upper crust appeared on the ‘news’ shows and repeated their talking point. After a time they made a second round of appearances and then President Biden finally volunteered to step down. Mission accomplished. So they can do it. Sometimes they just don’t.
