I seem to remember one time we had a bad tornado outbreak in my state, and there were some republicans that didn’t want to give disaster aid, and I live in a red state. California policies aren't making it worse, Federal policies are. Specifically, the ones that refuse to deal with CLIMATE CHANGE.
