Authorizes indefinite detention with no possibility of bail for anyone who is in the U.S. without documentation who has ever been arrested (even if arrest was unlawful, charges were dismissed and they were never prosecuted) or who has been convicted of ANY misdemeanor or felony - includes minor shoplifting charge. Allows states to sue the U.S. to try to stop immigration entirely from particular countries. Etc!
