I miss him a lot. He had a style of writing that made him unique and and worthy of his nom deplume.

Had known him for a long time at DU and it was always a good and interesting conversation with him. I too think he would try to encourage DU right now, while giving Trump a lot of deserved vitriol.

Interactions with him and I admired his writing style. But he always called me "Sir" even after I politely told him that I'm not a guy.

In it I learned that he passed. I now see EarlG's excellent OP.

Thank you for letting those of us know who didn't. That was a very wild week for me and I took my eyes off everything for a bit.
