First, if you are in a union, make sure your dues are current and your membership is up to date. If you aren't in a union but have access, join the union. And if you can swing it, purchase professional liability insurance. 2/

IF YOU ARE INTERVIEWED:

1. Ask for representation
2. Once the interview is over, inform your supervisor you need administrative leave for EEO time
3. Set an appointment with an EEO counselor
4. File a formal grievance over the interview 3/

MAKE SURE you include violations of your 1st Amendment rights is in the grievance. This is important because if you want to argue 1A in a later federal lawsuit, you have to bring it in your agency grievance first. Ask me how I know, lol. See Blevins. 4/

Once your grievance is in place, hostile acts can be considered retaliatory in nature. In most agencies, you can ask to retain your job during the pendency of your litigation. The goal is to retain your job, or to seek damages for 1A violations if you lose it. 5/

My agency will allow one appeal to the agency administrative law judge if they deny your petition. After the appeals are exhausted within the agency, they will give you a 90 day permission to file in federal court. Max out that time window, but don't be late filing. 6/

You'll probs need a lawyer at this point, if not sooner to help you with the agency administrative law judge. This exercise of your rights takes a long time. And that's the point. I was removed from my position in 2019. I go to trial in 2026. 7/

While stretching this out wasn't my goal as I wasn't trying to hang on to my job, it benefits those who want to keep their jobs; to see if they can ride out this lawless administration using Trump's own delay tactics against him. END/

Free Assembly protects free association, the right to peaceably associate and assemble in groups of your choosing, be they social, religious, hobbies, or political. You have a right to be a member of a political party.

Either to downsize or to replace the employees with friendly people.

I would look to trump to do a Reagan style downsize. Eliminate the employees unions.

Subparagraph A) Prospective employee may be required to pledge loyalty to and follow the Constitution.

(B) Prospective employee may be required to pledge loyalty to and follow the directives and interests of
Orange Anus.

So there it is, in black, white and orange.

I knew they were going to do this and just assumed the purge would happen. Now it seems like there is a legal process that could stop him or at least delay. As well there should. be. I was aware interviews like this would be illegal at most workplaces, don't know why it wasn't obvious to me that it's illegal in this case.

Not that I trust the law to protect us given his penchant for breaking them (his immunity doesn't help). But he should be forced to face this by the thousands and show the length of his lawlessness before he gets his Stepford Staff.

I hope workers are courageous enough to do this. There will likely be threats.

Well, begin on the 20th. Between mass deportations and purging government workers, these neoNazis are going to be very busy.

They will break the law without a 2nd thought. And when their victims eventually win their day in court, our tax dollars will go to paying the million dollar fines, reparations and penalties. While Musk rat and pedo Trump walk off into the sunset.
