Donate your lots and combine your resources.

Adjacent lot owners can form joint ventures to construct standardized multi-family structures to replace their destroyed houses faster and more affordably.

Is this asking for trouble? Can previously friendly neighbors cooperate as joint venturers in a multi-family replacement structure and not turn against each other in the course and realization of such a project?

Whether those who once had separate housing units prior feel about connected housing. It's a big thing for a lot of people to not have other people on the other side of the wall so to speak.

Just my thoughts about it.
