We remember at the onset of Covid how nurses were hero’s and could not get enough praise. Crowds outside cheered them on.
But after trump and his media got done with them, very quickly, nurses like my daughter, a trauma nurse, had to be walked to their cars after 12+ hour shifts by security to protect them from MAGA anti vaxers. They could never wear scrubs in public.
But I do know, these bad ass firefighters would grind their MAGA heads into the pavement if they came for them.
Look how the scum like Jesse Waters are attacking the Fire Chief.
My fellow Faculty and I trained Wildland firefighters for a full semester as a requirement for the Forest Management degree. Many went on to be Hot Shot Tram Members and a few are now smoke jumpers.
Also lost 3 over the years.
