First, the Secret Service would intervene to prevent Trump from being taken into custody, even assuming that any law enforcement officers would obey a blatantly unlawful order from Biden to arrest Trump. The courts, to the extent they were involved, would not issue an arrest warrant.

Again,the immunity order doesn't give Biden power to issue unlawful orders or to force law enforcement to carry out unlawful orders.
