I watched a little of the folks filing in to the Rotunda yesterday and the way he & Laura were holding hands it seemed like she was helping him.

He's been out of office longer than he was in. He looked similarly at Carter's funeral. Overall, I thought he looked fine at both. He was aware of his surroundings and social.
