Although, the right wing interpretation of “natural born citizen” would mean none could run for president.

Taking citizenship from someone the government has already "citizenized" is much more involved. This would leave some stateless, etc. I suspect it will only apply moving forward.

there will be many of them, be illegal. I can foresee many lawsuits going forward, possibly thru the ACLU.

14. To deport a naturalized citizen you have to go through the denaturalization process.

That's an arduous process and usually requires fraud in attaining citizenship on the part of the naturalized person.

SCOTUS can rule anyway it wants but to rule in favor of TSF would render the 14th Amendment meaningless. It would be much more egregious than their immunity ruling which is shrouded in ambiguity.

Same as...Obama's mother was a citizen of the US so he was also at birth. No matter where he was born.
Both of McCain s parents were US citizens at his birth, no matter where he was born.
