They disagree on this one issue. They will still vote for all his crap.

which suggests a sentiment that does not entirely rise to the dangerous level of disagreement

We, myself included, use the word breaking too easily. It suggests people actually are doing something counter to the action in question. How are countering Trump? It seems to me that simply voicing one’s concern or disagreement is just that. Voicing.
