Some executive orders were certainly to appease Trump’s racism and vengefulness, but the majority were directly out of the Project 2025 manifesto. They were ready so quickly because they were written by the Heritage Foundation members months or even years ago.

Andy Ogles is a corrupt SOB under investigation by the FBI. He's doing this to win favor with his orange king.

When out GoP supermajority carved up the reliably blue Nashville district into GOP districts. The guy is so corrupt he could make George Santos blush

Rep. Serrano (D-NY) made a habit of introducing resolutions to repeal the 22nd amendment. He did so in 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009, 2011, 2013 (I stopped checking after 2013, but it wouldn't be a surprise that he offered the same amendment every two year until he retired in 2021).

It's a dumb idea no matter who offers it.

Posters are making assumptions without reading the proposed amendment. It specifically would not allow a third term for someone who previously served two consecutive terms. It only applies to a president that served two non-consecutive term. In other words, it's tailored specifically for Trump.

The proposed amendment:"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected to two consecutive terms, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.’’

At least it has to be a Constitutional amendment which will never pass. Not that I wouldn't like to see Obama for another 4 years.

We need to dominate the Midterms.

And we need to be ready to prevent any second term by the Orange Turd. We also need to be ready for any run by his evil spawn.

It is awful what he is doing now, but we will survive long enough to fight for a real election which stomps him. And then, they better run for the hills, because we should pursue them in criminal courts. None of this "I was just doing my job" crap.

And then it takes 34 states to ratify. So I think this is dead in the water.
