I suppose the confirmation of Hogsbreath means once and for all

that the GOP Senate has absolutely no standards for presidential appointees as long as the candidates have a pulse and Trump orders their confirmation. Which means brainworm-infested crackpot Kennedy and Russian asset Gabbard are shoo-ins, too.

He fires the halfway competent ones because they're halfway competent, or else they quit when they realize what a goat-fuck they're in the middle of. Then he finds a Fox host or a washed-up celebrity or a failing politician who's weaker and more incompetent than his predecessor.

He's vowed to stop drinking but we know it's just a matter to time before he's drinking again and he'll have to be relieved from duty.

They asked for the embarrassment and they got it.

Patel and Rissian agent Gabbard will be next. The shit show continues.

Their voters will indeed own the mess, but they have been conditioned to WANT to own the mess.
They see the mess as an asset, not a liability. They smell the dog shit and they smell the roses,
and they have decided that the dog shit smells sweeter.

Pete Hegseth is clearly not qualified for such a big job. Trump doesn't care now but headaches will ensue, and we all know how he deals with anything that distracts from attention he might get.

Maybe a year. Maybe less. Meanwhile, he'll do plenty of damage while he's there.

wave of horrendously sickening appointments, executive orders, and blatant racist, sexist statements and actions in the first hours, meant only to cower us, the people, into accepting the next 100 undemocratic, fascist moves he makes. Straight out of Putin’s playbook. We’re being groomed for fascism, and since 1981 when Reagan came into the WH, Americans have been dumbed down to where there’s not three in ten now who can recognize propaganda from reality. I weep at the implications.

I also tried to point out that the FBI did not vet Hegseth. Someone from the FBI/DOJ should have been put on the carpet, but hey we should all sing kumbaya and it will eventually get better.

The Democratic party needs meet sooner rather than later, get a white board and do some brainstorming and come out of the meeting with a unified plan.

"their people" into our law enforcement, political offices, and the court systems for
decades now in order to keep control even
as the population dynamics should be making
America more blue all the time. Russia has been in on this game too. I have often wondered just how deep into Fox News is Vlad
Putin and the GRU?

Rupert Murdock and Vlad Putin's friendship is
part of a calculated power grab and that includes Musk too.

I know I'm nuttier than a squirrel turd but we are in deep shit.

Why? Well, they're repulsive, unstable and utterly unqualified.

But more to the point, when they're voted down, that makes them a martyr.

Cue 20 years of screaming about "weaponization" and the "politics of personal destruction" from the GQP and their bootlickers.
