My children told me to stop posting because of possible backlash from the MAGA government. I'm on SSDI because I can't walk without at least a cane, can't drive, etc. I'm 63 and a little concerned. In fact, at Christmas get together, my children told me that I will never be homeless.

I had to look this one up. It was originally reported as agents from ICE trying to get in the school. There was no reporting on the reason. But it was ICE so you assume.

Now it turns out it was really Secret Service trying to get to a kid in school who had posted something against Trump.

7. We Have To Speak Out

Silence will kill us. It is probably dangerous to speak out, but it is also dangerous to remain silent. We might as well tell the truth and fight back however we can. If we do not, they will just roll over us. I live in a Blue State myself, and that helps me, but nowhere is safe in America right now.

Blue State Governors and Legislatures need to act to condemn Trump's illegal actions and his cuts to the federal government. For example, New Yok State has a Public Health infrastructure. If Trump kills the NIH and the CDC, New York State has a Health Department that could step in and at least protect New Yorker's. Other Blue States should act accordingly.
