Are the people installed in acting capacities more normal?

While we are busy trying to expose Trump's nominees as kooks and crackpots, there are already people he has installed in acting capacities who are doing these jobs.

What is known about these "interim" appointees? Are they kooks and crackpots too?

1. Trump is running a crime syndicate, his employees reflect that fact.

2. Some might be, since they are people who have already received senate confirmation

in some capacity, and might already be working for the agency. No doubt they are screened to be sure they aren't Democrats, but they won't have been hand-picked from Fox, and there's an off chance that they might be competent and not just Trump toadies. However, if they aren't toadies they will only be placeholders until someone really horrible can be found for the job.
