5. I'm guessing, what she meant was DEI considers the color of a person's skin and requires unqulaified

non-white people to be hired. To her, the DEI supporter is the one concerned with the pilot's race. Of course, this is the complete opposite of reality. They have completely twisted the meaning of what DEI so that the lemmings on the right think it means the opposite of what it really does.
