Media should stop saying just "DEI"

It dilutes its true meaning. Media should sharpen the message to indicate the fascists are against "diversity, equity and inclusion"! They are against equality.

1. The media does what's good for ratings or making money.

If DEI become a hot topic, that's what they are going to push. The right-wing pushes it to their xenophobic audience. The left-wing media pushes it defensively. Most people don't think about it much. They just want grocery prices to go down. Polls show most people are not against it.

2. Ask what the opposite of DEI is.

The opposite of diversity is sameness.
The opposite of equity is inequity.
The opposite of inclusion is exclusion.

If DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) is bad, then sameness, inequity and exclusion must be good. So we might ask, do you really want sameness, inequity and exclusion?
