Where do they get their lumber from? Anyone know?

2. It will be an excuse to raise prices for some places

Maybe one of these places uses a lumber house that has plenty of supply and these tariffs won't effect them for another year, well, those places will raise prices anyway, because they can. The market will allow them to just maximize profits.

This was a big driver in the last round of inflation. Companies raising prices because they could get away with it.
