If you could pick one person to be president tomorrow, who would it be?

For me, it would be Adam Schiff. Someone who takes the Constitution very seriously.

before Biden picked her as VP. I'm glad he did, but I can't help wondering how an experienced prosecutor would have handled the January 6 riot.

If you’re talking following Trump, it was kinda like Joe Biden after Trump last time Biden went out and soothed the waters with the world
I think Pete could do that

She is familiar with procedures and rules and has built up relationships with our allies. She's fully on to Putin and his ways. She has empathy and compassion.

I honestly can't think of anyone better. Though Adam Schiff is good, too.

In order of preference 1. Jamie Raskin - intelligent, principled, indefatigable, fiery 2. Adam Schiff - same as Raskin, but more subdued 3. Kamala Harris - intelligent, experienced, charasmatic, determined, fiery 4. Pete Buttigieg - last only because IMHO he needs some more seasoning.
