He knows, as do most Republicans, that voting against the wishes of "Dear Leader" is dangerous. His seat in the Senate will be challenged, along with the safety of his family and himself.

There is a belief that it is preferable for poor, weak humans to be weeded out by ending vaccine protections.

Most of those I have listened to, however, still plan to vaccinate their own children. Their reasoning being that their children will grow up to be an asset to society and therefore should be protected. A minority oppose vaccinating their own children citing either “god’s will” , or because they see susceptibility to disease in anyone as an indication of weakness.

I’m sure the good Senator would make more money and actually help people by returning to his medical practice. A lot of the others probably don’t know how to do anything else, but they are choosing party over country
