A Call To Arrest Musk

Dems in the Congress should call for the arrest of Musk and his DOGE Agents. They are guilty of Obstruction of Government Operations, which is a felony. They are also in violation of the Constitution. Only the Congress may fund or defund a government program or agency. Musk is clearly a domestic enemy of the Constitution.

All those who have taken an Oath to defend the Constitution must take action and seize Musk, even if there is resistance from Trump loyalists. This includes any remaining FBI Agents that are still loyal to the Constitution. This is war and Federal Agents must act to defend the Republic before it is lost. Not only the Dems in Congress should be calling for Musk's arrest, there should be a national petition calling for his arrest as well. This should be all over the Media. Arrest Musk Now!

If you wish to win a war, the plan must be based on facts, data, reality.

Not pie in the sky magical thinking.

If you truly are in it to win it, time to get real.

It is low probability that Musk will be arrested at the current time.
Trump has immunity and his goons are being pardoned.
This is reality.

I give you credit for the old college try.
But you have everything backwards.

You keep making plans but have not done a risk assessment.
You have no idea how bad the damage is or will be.

No idea who is actually behind all of this.
Who are the real players, the funders and the planners.

There has been no factual assessment of our enemy.
We don't even know who they are at this point.

You can go after the low hanging fruit or the front man but that solves nothing.
And go in a million directions.
That is a waste of ammunition, personnel and resources.

So the first thing to do is do your homework.
Get the intel, the needed information, do some thinking and consulting with others.

Only then can you make a good plan.

There are some very smart, talented, experienced people on this forum
who keep trying to do this needed work and they get shot down and reported
for reasons that mystify me.

That is just absurd. We know who is behind this. It is Trump, Musk, DOGE and Trump's MAGA gang. They are destroying the government and violating the Constitution. There is no one else "behind all of this". It is them. We need to take action or we will soon be living in a Fascist Police State. That is reality.

Musk probably never heard of USAID before he tried shutting it down.

While Trump, Musk, DOGE and MAGA Goons are the public face of this coup, the real powers behind the throne are hard-right think tanks like the Heritage Foundation, Americans for Tax Reform, the Family Resource Council and Focus on the Family.

You've got the organizations that had their genesis in the '80s right, but the origins of this idea began really as far back as 1933 when FDR's New Deal initiatives began being implemented. In actuality, the robber barons of the industrial revolution who made their fortunes began to be ever more rapacious in their greed. Their corporate (and essentially kleptocratic) exploitation of individuals who were necessary to run their engines of industry was virtually unchecked, and that is exactly what the modern day kleptocrats like Musk, Thiel, Bezos, etc. are wanting now. They don't care whether earth burns up or not because they don't plan to be here, especially after they have raped all the valuable resources off the globe and killed their workforce.

I am not just talking about arresting Musk alone. His DOGE Agents are guilty as well. At least of Obstruction of Government Operations. I am not a lawyer but they are probably guilty of a raft of computer crimes. and they are in violation of the Constitution. The Executive Branch does not have the power to freeze funds that were authorized by the Congress. This is one of the Congress's explicit constitutional powers. These people are domestic enemies of the Constitution. All federal workers, officers, and soldiers take an Oath to defend the Constitution and all enemies foreign and domestic. Musk and his DOGE gang are domestic enemies of the Constitution and they must be seized and arrested.

72. I have a few questions

What org, or agency will arrest any of these criminals? They have, for all practical purposes, taken over law enforcement.

Why are we discussing what they can be arrested for if there is NO ONE to arrest them. That ship has sailed.

They are ignoring court orders handed down by District Court Judges. How and by whom will those orders be enforced?

86. If Musk Is Not Arrested
Wed Feb 5, 2025, 02:26 AM
Feb 2025

If Musk is not arrested immediately he may be arrested eventually. If the Republic survives long enough for us to have a free election, the Democrats may be able to get control of the government back. If we do, Musk will be fully investigated then. What he and his DOGE Agents have done is clearly illegal. Musk may not be going to Mars like he wants. He may be going to jail.

Right now, probably no one will arrest him, but I think that we should call for his arrest anyway. He should be arrested but he won't be, but at least we could point that out. It would help in the media war. I believe that if and when we (Dems) gain back control of the House, Musk will be investigated. So it is not an immediate solution. If we regain the House in 2026 we can investigate him. If we regain the White House in 2028 we can prosecute him. So it is a long ways off, but sometimes the wheel of justice turns slowly. But the wheel does turn.

enacted THIS MORNING by a Court, one that demands that Musk hand over his codes, everything. And he and his Incels must be locked out of the offices that they trespassed against.

Next Step: The guardians of these agencies/offices must be allowed to return and "take inventory" of the damage done, e.g., what's missing/deleted, use Musk's codes to get into the system.
