with Elon Musk Tampering with agencies - and seems like consensus is that it is illegal .....BUT .....

This is probably a dumb question, but I've heard lots of congressional Dems and pundits say that what ELON musk is doing is illegal.

Then my question is, What Law enforcement mechanism is there to stop MUSK?

To have laws - and then no way to enforce them .......is baffling to me

Is it the FBI?

if not, when ELON and his minions enter DC offices, can DC call their National guard to pick him and his minions up?

if he goes into VA fed offices, Can Virginia Call up their Guard to grab him and arrest him.

I don't understand how we can have laws, and then no remedy when people break them.
This makes the laws that he is breaking meaningless.....

I'm wondering what the law enforcement remedy is to arrest Musk or stop Musk?

So far, there appears to be none......?? and why not ?

The other thing that might work are the committee holds.

And marching in the street, peacefully.

Constant phone calls to Congress.

Lawsuits, protests, etc. may work in time, but the only way to really stop this is to get rid of Trump, and then potentially revamp the Constitution and the law to address these kinds of issues. Trump is completely ignoring the law and the Constitution. He’s behaving like a king and he’s made clear that he goes to the highest bidder. Right now that’s Musk. Tomorrow it could be Thiel or some other billionaire with their own hideous agenda. Trump will suck the country dry unless he’s stopped.

King-like authority, has been granted immunity by the SC, and has placed his goons at the head of every federal agency, not to mention will freely use his authority to declare a national emergency or emergencies as needed to squash the people? Not to mention a zillion other lesser things that favor him and essentially cause resistance to fade away, especially in the face of his obvious willingness to threaten or do virtually anything in order to get what he wants?

Seriously. How do we get rid of him? I don’t see a realistic means aside from massive unrest that roils virtually everything. And we Americans have not been good at that since 1775.
