RFK Jr one step closer to US health secretary. Senate Finance Committee vote was 14 Aye, 13 Nay

No articles up yet. I watched it live. So here is a video. The 14-13 vote split along party lines. Only Republicans voted in favor of him.

3. There are 100 Senators. Even if half were absent there is no way this is the full vote! It is a committee vote!

8. Yes. There had been hope that the GOP physician senator would vote no.

He caved. Therefore the nomination advances to a full-Senate vote which will confirm the nominee.
