Our new head of the FBI, Kash Patel, helped Trump steal the documents that's why Congressional Democrats wanted to use the Smith report to block Patel.

As far as finding similar documents at Biden's house, that is BS. One of the classified documents they found in Joe's garage was the route the Secret Service was going to use to take Joe to his Son's funeral.

Garland released the lying Hur report but protected Trump by not releasing the Smith report.

when the Supreme Court ruled that he has immunity? Releasing the report would have shown us the evidence, and as god is my witness, I am sure it was damning.

5. DOJ waited 11 months after it knew Trump had classified documents at Mar-el-Lago

before it issued a search warrant.

DOJ waited 4 days after it learned that President Biden had classified documents before it searched Joe's home.

To make matters worse, the National Archives told DOJ there were missing classified documents and instead of DOJ working along side of the NA it told them to investigate on its own. Finally the NA had to beg Merrick Garland to help with the investigation.

Don't blame Jack Smith, Garland could have treated Trump the same way he treated Joe Biden, but he didn't.

Garland could have also dropped the prosecutions of Nauta and de Olivera so that the Smith documents report would have been released.
Jack Smith put in his report the reasons that Trump stole the documents and thanks to Garland the American people will never know why.
