I'm not endorsing the article nor do I believe they can actually prosecute people for identifying DOGE employees - there is no crime in that. I simply posted the link as it's describes a threat similar to (but not the same) as the OP and it's from a legitimate source (the BBC). I think the threats from Trump's DOJ are definitely happening but won't be successful because the people they're threatening have broken no laws.
