7. I have really cut back on frivolous groceries

more cutbacks on premade frozen and preserves like soup and even some fancier bread.
Nothing from the deli.
Just stock and bulk and now I cook everything and freeze like in the isolation covid days.
I say no to restaurants.
I take my lunch to work.

As far as coffee which is medicine to me, I buy on sale and stock up....

And frozen stuff. Just bought lots of bulk chicken, and froze portions. It's only a matter of time before chicken prices follow eggs.
