Trump boasted he would "immediately bring prices down" on his first day in office (referring to groceries). He's had almost three weeks, to say nothing of the time he had as president-elect to make his phone calls. So, what gives? A dozen extra-large white eggs are over $6 in SC.

(123 posts)A dozen eggs at $6.00 = $.50 ea. Pound of bacon, $6.00 = $.50 a slice. Two eggs and bacon, $2.00, add a slice of toast and a cup of coffee .two and a half bucks. Anybody been to McDonalds lately for breakfast? Nothin under $10 bucks. I know price of eggs has gone up, but its still a hell of a bargain!
