Why was Blue Sky necessary?

What about Threads? (By the way, Threads really became a cess pool. I blame it on Instagram being so superficial about physical appearance.)

Americans like freedom of choice. It’s in our DNA with some very notable exceptions such as the gerrymander and voting restrictions designed to lower participation in the franchise.

Away from DU chasing down what ?
In its important info , post it here .
Just like users who complain about vids w/ no descriptions, a blue bluesky link is just as info less … stop making us chase the info

It’s like I post “ I had the most revolutionary idea ! “
Now read my mind for the details …

...aka Facebook/Instagram. They collected your data and use it to fill in the blanks of whatever else they are compiling on you.then they sell it. Then they give, what, seven figures? of money made off you to Trump.

Bluesky is easy to use, decentralized, and non-members can read posts, by default. So it's handy for what Twitter used to be good for -- a sort of public bulletin board, where you can find silly stuff, poignant posts, and also crucial info from legit institutions. (No surprise there, because they guy behind Bluesky founded Twitter.)
