When will the courts start?

Start issuing contempt of court charges? Then start fining them every day they violate the contempt charge. Fines can add up fast.

Can the courts send out Federal Marshals to enforce contempt charges and put them in jail?

the U.S. Marshals Service. DOJ and Pam Bondi does and there's the problem. If she decides not to authorize such enforcement then 'being held in contempt' is really meaningless.
