... over how the sociopathic destruction of essential services plays into Putin's fever dreams, but there is another concern that bears scrutiny: The psychos' deliberate provocation by flooding the zone, so to speak, with insane acts until they get a reaction that they think will justify imposing martial law; something that we already know Trump has wet dreams about. I'm pretty well fed up with those that say, "Oh, it'll never come to that!"
