I get that Congressional Republicans are fearful of Shitler's wrath, which then makes them steadfast in their obedience for all things MAGA. But is there not some close relative? A spouse, adult child, sibling, parent, trusted clergy, someone, ANYONE, who has a conscience who talks to them?
I honestly can't fully absorb how they seem to operate in a MAGA vacuum while democracy hangs in the balance.

At the end the Congress (no longer functioning) the Republican politicians are given golden parachutes for their cooperation during the takeover. Then we all live under Vance’s “Yarvinism”.
