without European buy-in, nothing can be delivered - and there's no sign of the supportive European powers breaking ranks with Ukraine - so they can suck it up and talk till they're purple in the face.

The US mouthpieces have declared that they want no part of policing any resolution arrived at, so they have no legitimacy.
