Is DOGE a government Agency or Not?

If DOGE is indeed a government agency, then Musk can't have things both ways by accepting the safety that comes with that status while rejecting the required oversight and control that go with it.

It is illegal and all the people should be arrested for theft of government money, classified info. Made public, and PUBLIC exposure of PII.

true and reflects historical norms, but I don't think that applies anymore. They do as they please because there are no longer any guardrails.
