Channel switching, came across him on Faux, and they were complaining about
people working from home.
He was of course being a dick, he then told the story, how when he was first working for
Bill Oreilly, his wife had a baby, and he asked for Paternity leave from Bill.
He said Bill said "Why, so you can watch a baby spit up?"
'
He said, he never took paternity leave, he worked fourth of july's, new years eve,
holidays and even missed family funerals.
I was thinking, man in decades, he is going to look back at his life, and regret missing
all those events for Bill Oreilly.

(3,989 posts)He is not self aware to look backwards and regret not being a good father, son, and husband.
He will look back at his bank account and the hours he spent on tv and consider it all worth it.
Sociopathic piece of shit.

(69,242 posts)Is it true that he wanted holidays off and was denied them?
Is it true that he even wanted them off?
Who knows. We can't believe a word he says.

(1,506 posts)some shred of decency, or just have second thoughts, decades from now might have some regrets. Especially if their toxic schtick is no longer profitable. It would be hard to feel sorry for them though. I'd still be thinking about the damage they've done.

(15,314 posts)you made a very conscious choice - about where your family ranked ...
and I don't think you can draw any clearer picture than what you just did.

(10,943 posts)...family got lucky! Bill O'Reilley's comment "Why, so you can watch a baby spit up?" is telling. Neither of them impress me as being good around children.
