If you are on the free Student loan auto payment plan better check your status. For 4 years I have had no problem. I got a text that I owed a late fee. I went to their website to see what was up and the page is completely gone.


If this is the way things are gonna go, I'm not gonna be happy.

6. I believe i recently saw something about a scam for paying back student loans.

One organization fixed the system so you come up a penny short of what is owed. Then the payment does not count towards the loan balance and you are charged a late fee.
