So how is Trump's decimation of Medicare-Medicaid going to begin?

Will a Medicare Medicaid patient with an appointment at medical facility simply be turned away, or asked for cash up front?

Will your pharmacy suddenly deny your prescription if you cannot pay full amount? Despite the fact that many medications should not be abruptly stopped?

Example, the blood thinner Eliquis should not be abruptly stopped. The cost for a month, $400.

People need information as to what to expect.

Surgeries cancelled?

What?

Emergency needs refused? Someone with a broken limb gets refused if they can't pay?

We need more information

And big deductible?

So people stop getting medical care?

Just like managed care.

Then stop paying doctors so they go out of business or won't take Medicare patients.

Old people get sick and die.
Make tons of money for Musk and Trump.

My Eliquis Rx would be $600/month without my work insurance.

Right now I am too spooked to retire and have to depend on Medicare. I am 67 and will likely work until I die.

Speaker Johnson (a grade A-hole) budget proposal. But it's questionable that budget will be approved, as is.

Don't trust these MFers, but I think it going to be hard to make such cuts in short-term.

For example, Johnson's budget proposal calls for cut of $880 B OVER 10 YEARS (or $88 B annually). That's less than 10% of Medicaid budget. Bad, but not the end of the program.

My bet is even if that budget proposal were approved, most cuts would come in later years, not immediately. That means, it could be changed if we do well in mid-terms.

Of course, who knows what these Nazis will try.

All the horrors won't kick in immediately, so there's a chance of changing course after the mid-terms.

It's a matter of staying alive, until then....

I think it was about Obama Care. Seems to be coming true - but not with Obama.
