This NATO ally will 'buy,' more weapons as quickly as possible after intelligence says Russia may start a war in Europe

Denmark will spend 70% more on defense over the next two years, bringing its outlays to 3.2% of GDP, as President Donald Trump has called on NATO countries to boost their militaries. The planned increase also follows a Danish intelligence report that said Russia may start a war in Europe within years.

NATO member Denmark will pour billions more into its military as Europe reckons with the risks of wavering US support for the trans-Atlantic alliance and continued aggression from Russia.

Over the next two years, Denmark will spend an additional $7 billion on defense, representing a 70% increase and lifting its outlays to 3.2% of GDP from 2.4% last year.

On Wednesday, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen signaled urgency in its procurement plans, which will also be aided by waivers and a restructuring of the defense ministry.

Russia will make no overt move against the NATO alliance. Regardless of any US participation.

He will consolidate Belarus into Russian territory, and perhaps move on Moldova.

As for European NATO countries, he'll do full press influence operations on the Baltic states in an attempt to rot them from within. If he can successfully install his own politicians there he may eventually take them over without firing a shot...like he's done in the U.S.

that is why it is so critical to them that drumpf take's putin's side in the conflict, so putin can get out, keep terriroty he stole to save face, and rebuild for his next attack. likely against former soviet nations to rebuild the soviet union

to destroy or break-up the UN and Nato, as well as the rise of Putin-puppet Musk-backed far-right parties within Europe. The Baltic states could be next. Putin already has the prime minister of Estonia on his most wanted list. Poland, Czech Republic and Denmark could follow. A Russia/America axis of evil would be a game changer for Putin and Trump's colonial ambitions.

Musk and Putin know what they need to do. Musk brings not just money, but enough fame for people to listen, the ability to create front page headlines, and social media propaganda.

See this first newspaper from Friday: Trump is right to ignore "despised" dictator, says Musk.

that "won't happen" already has, so excuse me if I no longer place much trust in what "won't happen."

Putin has always had designs on such. NATO, with US backing was the only thing preventing it. But that's gone now that Putin has his ally/ASSET in the W.H.

Putin will see this as his green light. Count on it.

there is no knowing what 'whoever' has planned, but they sure seem to have a well thought-out plan. Chaos aside, they have the pedal on the metal.

anti democracy, authoritarian or fascist ideologies in France, Germany, Brazil, Australia, India etc. aren't just a series of unrelated events all happening by"coinkidink."

Recall that the original PRETEXT by which Putin invaded Ukraine was supposedly to stamp out Nazi elements there.

All of which was pure bullshit of course.

should follow their lead.

Our allies can be confident that when Democrats are in control our commitments to NATO are ironclad. Not so much with Republicans. The answer is to beef up defense spending and get the EU to a place where it's combined military could rival US capabilities.
