Between his team of young computer "experts", the many episodes of firing large numbers of people in essential positions and then scrambling to get them back and the very questionable authority for him to make these decisions without any consulting of the Senate approved people leading the organizations, this has been so destructive people should be asking if breaking things is his goal or if he is really that incompetent.
Arguments could be made for either destructive or incompetent or even both.
