Here are the names Medicaid and CHIP are called in each state. Anyone who uses these state programs is on Medicaid and may be affected by future cuts.

(24,486 posts)I have full Medicaid coverage due to income, known better here as BadgerCare as well as Medicare which is the first payer. I hope that when Trump is all through I will still have them as well as Social Security because that's all I have.

(777 posts)Nobody here uses that name for Medicaid. We just call it Medicaid. Of all the letters that I've received from Medicaid, that name you list has never been used, and I've been on Medicaid for years.

(6,915 posts)I've tried explaining. Non-voters mostly. Most aren't vaxxed. They still don't see/understand how bad it is likely to get. I work in a restaurant and i'm referring to the wait staff and kitchen staff.
