Progressives around the world: I wish I could say "This is not who we are". But it IS who we are. I'm embarrassed.

And I'm sorry it has all come to this.

From a Trump-hating American military veteran, and a staunch, die-hard liberal and progressive.

It isn't all of us; just enough of us to royally screw up this country that I loved once upon a time.

Watching that was unbearably sad and another nail in the coffin of the country I once loved.

The majority didn't oppose him. America is a majority shit-bag country. Being in denial about that fact isn't going to help deal with it.

What percentage of the US population is children, and how many actual registered voters there are. If there's 90 million registered voters who didn't vote in 2024, that's a huge problem.

In previous posts I have used these numbers and said registered, but it is eligible.

245M are eligible.
155M ballots were cast.

Recent polls show that more Americans:
- Oppose Musk's involvement in government
- Believe mass layoffs of federal workers will not improve the economy
- Support Ukraine versus Russia
- Oppose selling public lands
- Support vaccine requirements

Democrats have more people behind them than against them on these issues. That should give them the confidence to attack, attack, ATTACK the radical and criminal trump regime because all that evil needs to win is for good people to do nothing.
