Was a Psy-ops attack. But, then again, so is every day. The plan looks to be progressing along nicely. The government will be hollowed out soon, and National Security personnel will be cleared for Loyalty to Krasnar. Krasnar's shock troops are "standing back and standing by". At this rate the bloodless transfer to Russian control should be accomplished in time for Christmas. Poo-tee-weet.
